I did this for a friend on her 21st birthday. The text originally read "Holy ink you're 21." I didn't think most people would want to frame that saying, but possibly the octopus with another saying. So we came up with this, which could work for children or those with quirk-retro-ish taste.

Maybe an all-aquatic alphabet (hah!), like B is for Barnacle, D is for Dolphin, etc? There are plenty of generic alphabets out there, but you might find a niche for people looking for a certain theme. Especially if you could make a poster (or wallpaper/wallpaper border), because it's pretty common for people to do themes in the baby room.
